As the name implies, Java Chips Frappuccino is a mixture of chocolate chips and coffee served in a cold state.

Ingredients (serves 4 glasses):
4 tablespoons chocolate syrup
4 tablespoons chocolate chips
4 cup double-strength coffee that has been brewed
ice cubes have been crushed to taste
whipped cream to taste
chocolate syrup to taste, for topping

How To Make:
1. fill blender with ice cubes that have destroyed half of it away.
2. stir in the chocolate chips and coffee in a blender, and process until thick.
3. pour in 4 serving glasses and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate syrup
on top of it.
